Welcome to your smart home!

We love our tech here at Rentify, but we also know that a digital home can be a little overwhelming.
To save you the guesswork, we’ve put together short instructions and 4 quick videos that show you exactly how everything works.

Blinds Control via the Remote Controls

External blinds can be controlled by three remotes: the first controls blinds 1–4 (left to right), the second continues from there, and the third follows. You can move all blinds together or select an individual blind to control. Alternatively, blinds can be controlled via the Tahoma app on the smart phone on the kitchen countertop.

Blinds Control via the Tahoma App

Open the Tahoma app to control: exterior Venetian blinds (balcony, dining room, kitchen, living room, etc.), roller blinds (Second Floor), and Synulus pergola (top floor terrace). Venetian blinds are usually in manual mode but can be adjusted via the app for position and tilt. Roller blinds can be controlled individually or all at once with a long press. The Synulus pergola can be retracted or deployed as needed; retract during high winds to avoid damage.

Note that blinds have wind sensors and may retract automatically to protect themselves from wind gusts.

Velux windows

There is a device located on the stairs overlooking the bedroom that controls the windows and blinders. Alternatively, you can use the application "Velux" on the phone located on the countertop in the kitchen.

Balcony Door Operation

The balcony on the first floor is temporarily closed. To open the door on the balcony on the second floor, twist the handle to 90 degrees, pull slightly to open at an angle, then turn the handle upward to release and pull fully open. To close, push it back in and turn the handle to lock.

Air conditioning

On the first floor, in each room you will find wall temperature controllers. Use the left and right keys: the right key sets the fan mode (keep on automatic), and the left key switches between cooling: “snowflake + sun” (not available in winter), heating: “sun + heater” (not available in summer), or Off “House icon”. Set the desired temperature using the dial (e.g., 22°C); it stops automatically once reached.

The second floor has its own A/C with a standard remote control.
