You can find the lockbox for the keys on the right side from the main door hanging on the grey pipe next to the metal electricity box

To enter the code and take the keys, you have to pull down the black lid and enter the numbers, then you have to pull down the little black botton next to the numbers and take the keys.
After taking the keys, please close the lockbox shuffle the numbers and pull the black lid up again

Use the elevator to reach our floor. - Floor number 5.
You have to close this wooden secure door, otherwise the elevator wont start.
