We love our tech here at Rentify, but we also know that a digital home can be a little overwhelming.
To save you the guesswork, we’ve put together some brief instructions and 4 short videos that show you exactly how everything works.
External blinds can be controlled using three remote controls: the first controls blinds 1–4 (from left to right), the second takes over from there, and the third follows. You can move all the blinds together or select a specific blind to control. Alternatively, the blinds can be controlled using the Tahoma app on the smartphone on the kitchen counter.
Open the Tahoma app to control: exterior Venetian blinds (balcony, dining room, kitchen, living room, etc.), roller blinds (second floor), and the Synulus pergola (top-floor terrace). Venetian blinds are usually set to manual mode but can be adjusted via the app for position and tilt. Roller blinds can be controlled individually or all at once with a long press. The Synulus pergola can be retracted or extended as needed; retract it during high winds to prevent damage.
Please note that the blinds are equipped with wind sensors and may retract automatically to protect themselves from gusts of wind.
There is a device located on the stairs overlooking the bedroom that controls the windows and blinds. Alternatively, you can use the "Velux" app on the phone located on the kitchen counter.
The first-floor balcony is temporarily closed. To open the door to the second-floor balcony, turn the handle 90 degrees, pull it slightly to open it at an angle, then turn the handle upward to release it and pull it fully open. To close it, push it back in and turn the handle to lock it.
On the first floor, you’ll find wall-mounted temperature controllers in each room. Use the left and right buttons: the right button sets the fan mode (set to automatic), and the left button switches between cooling: “snowflake + sun” (not available in winter), heating: “sun + heater” (not available in summer), or Off “House icon.” Set the desired temperature using the dial (e.g., 22°C); it stops automatically once that temperature is reached.
The second floor has its own air conditioner with a standard remote control.
