You should know that the address of the building is Emilian Stanev 6 street , but its a building with a few entrances and our entrance is located on Vili Kazasian 8 street - Entrance "G" in English "Г"
Simply - the entrance for the apartment is on the back of the building located on Emilian Stanev 6
So use google maps with this address:
Krastova vada, ul. "Vili Kazasian" 8, 1407 Sofia
And you will find the entrance and the lockbox.

Please notice that to reach the lockbox for the keys, you have to take a left turn here and walk to the fence where the padlock is located.
The padlock for the keys is hanging on the fence. Your lockbox is the one on the right.
You can open this door by using your chip while touching the smartlock with it.

When you take the keys, please shuffle the numbers and pull the black lid back up.

Please take the keys close the padlock, shuffle the numbers and put the black lid up again.
When you get inside of the elevator choose a floor 4 (button 4)
When you get out of the elevator, the door is on the left, with a welcome mat in front of it. Not the one next to the elevator.
To reach the underground parking you have to take the keys first, then you have to go to the apartment and take the controller for the underground parking door.
(We are not keeping the contoller at the lockbox, because its hard to shut the door of the lockbox)

You have to go down and open the door with the controller by using only the first button.
When you enter the parking garage, look for parking space number 23
Go straight and find the elevator that takes you to the 4th floor 👌🏼
