Here is the entrance to the building.
When you enter the building, the lockbox is on your right. It's the one with the turquoise “welcome” sticker on it.

Take the keys
Close the lid and shuffle the numbers
Continue straight ahead and look for the elevator on your left.
Go to the 3rd floor
When you get out of the elevator, turn left through the glass door.
Find the apartment on the left.
There is only one door on the left with a sticker in the upper right corner.
